How your order reaches you
Watch first
Fifty seconds, and worth watching before you order. This is the method used for every nationwide pallet delivery.
Local delivery
For local orders we do not hand your paving to a third party. It goes out on our own transport, which means we can pick the right vehicle for your access and put the pallet somewhere sensible rather than leaving it at the end of the drive.
The six wheeler carries a crane, so it can lift a pallet over a wall or hedge and set it down where you actually want it. Where access is tight, the tipper van gets in instead.
Tell us about your access when you order and we will match the vehicle to it.
Or collect it yourself
You are welcome to collect from the yard. Bring something that can carry the weight, and let us know roughly when you are coming so we can have the order ready.

It depends on where you are and how much you are ordering. Call 01934 740 163 with your postcode and we will quote it. Local deliveries are handled on our own vehicles and priced accordingly.
Nationwide pallet deliveries typically arrive around 2 days after the order is placed. Local deliveries on our own transport are arranged directly with you.
Yes. Someone needs to be there to accept the delivery and check the goods over before signing.
Yes. Collect from Tarnock Garage during opening hours. Let us know when you are coming and bring a vehicle suited to the weight.
